Returns Policy
We hope that
you are happy with your order.
If you have unfortunately received
faulty goods please sign the delivery as 'damaged', and contact us as soon as
possible, and we will promptly arrange to either replace or collect the item.
Important: If however you received
the goods and decide that you now do not want them for any reason other than
faulty we will accept the returned item/items. But would ask you to send the
goods back (in re-saleable condition) at your own cost, where upon you may also
be charged a re-stocking fee to cover costs if the packaging is in
any way opened or damaged. Please make sure you return the goods
within 7 days of purchase.
Packaging:
We would recommend that you retain all of the original packaging
until you are sure that you intend to keep the goods. If the
original packaging is not available, you should use packaging that
would provide adequate protection, as returned parcels remain the
responsibility of the customer until safely received at the intended
returns destination.
To return an item:
Please put a note of your customer details and the garden-space product
item number in with all returned items and send to garden-space at
our address on the

Faulty item?

Change of mind?
The goods must be returned to us unopened and unused, and in the
original packaging.
Please return item in perfect, re-saleable condition (including packaging,
instructions, etc) to us at garden-space at the address shown on the Contac Us
page
Reminder: You must return the goods at your
own costs other than faulty. Where upon you may also be charged a
re-stocking fee to cover costs if the packaging is in any way opened
or damaged. Please make sure you return the goods within

Lost in transit?
You will be responsible for the goods until they reach their intended return
destination. For your own
protection,
we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon
delivery such as: Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

instances:
We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages
or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or
commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
Exceptions:
Goods made to order or made to measure regrettably can not be
returned.

you will be delighted with your purchase but in the event of any disappointment,
please return the item within 7 days for a full refund of the purchase price.

Trade Descriptions
We have taken every care to ensure that the description and
specifications are correct at the time the website was last updated. However,
while the colour reproduction is a close representation, a slight variation in
actual goods may occur.
Please
note: Some of
our suppliers may offer replacement items that form part of a
products inventory, however these items will be of equal or greater
value at no extra cost.
Pricing
Structure
Garden-Space reserves the right to change any of its price structure
without prior notice, and may also change the product inventory /
stockist at any time, without warning. Although we will try our
utmost to regularly update this as much as we can.
Payment
Verification
For
your credit/debit card safety and ours We reserve the right to
refuse an order if there are any payment verification problems.
Any money which has been collected by credit/debit card payments
will be refunded in this case. Also to further protect all concerned
unfortunately we can only post items to the card holders address,
and only then after verification of the correct name and address. We
hope you agree with these safety measures.
